1. Event Nature

Hoof Mastery Live is an educational event designed to demonstrate professional hoof care assessment, biomechanics, trimming and shoeing principles. It is not a veterinary service and does not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment or advice.

Full payment is required to secure a place. Places are strictly limited.

All bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Horse owner tickets may be refunded only where the place can be resold to another attendee. Where a replacement booking is secured, a refund will be issued. However, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets may be transferable at the discretion of Hoof Mastery.

Horse owners unable to attend must notify the organisers as soon as possible.

All horses must be suitable for handling, assessment, trimming and/or shoeing in a live educational environment.

Horses must not require sedation for routine hoof care.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation or withdraw a horse if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

The organisers’ decision on safety, suitability, and participation is final.

Horse welfare is the highest priority at all times. Any horse showing signs of stress, pain, or unsafe behaviour may be withdrawn from participation.

• Dogs are not permitted anywhere on site

A completed Horse Health Declaration is required prior to attendance.

All attendees must follow instructions from organisers at all times. Horses remain the responsibility of their owners/handlers.

The event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, participants consent to being recorded and grant permission for Hoof Mastery to use footage for educational and promotional purposes.

All assessments and discussions are based on professional opinion at the time of the event and are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Hoof Mastery, event organisers, and speakers accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons, horses, or property unless caused by proven negligence.

Personal data will be stored securely and used only for event administration and communication relating to Hoof Mastery.

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards horses, professionals, and other participants.

Hoof Mastery reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any horse or attendee at its discretion where safety, welfare, or suitability is in question.
